We built Vada because
feedback was broken

We kept seeing the same pattern: people genuinely wanted to grow, and their teammates had exactly the insight they needed, but there was no good way to share it.

Yes, the best feedback often happens in person. We believe that too. But in-person conversations only land well when people already know what to say, and have the context to say it. Vada builds that context, so when those conversations happen, they actually go somewhere.
